This offer is run by Company on Wowzy wherein the Company allows a first time Wowzy cash app player to play an INR 10 template at INR 1 (“Offer”).
The terms and conditions stipulated herein shall govern this Offer (“Offer Terms”)
The terms and conditions as stipulated on the Wowzy website/app (as amended) shall also apply to this Offer.
Validity and Claim Period
This is valid for Indian citizens who have attained the age of 18 years or above. The Offer is not applicable to any player playing from restricted/banned states.
The Offer may be extended/withdrawn/discontinued at any time, at the sole discretion of the Company and without incurring any liabilities.
The Company reserves the right at its sole and absolute discretion to vary, delete, add or amend any of the Offer Terms and/or Terms from time to time without any prior notice to you and without incurring any liabilities.
This offer is not applicable to existing cash players of My11Circle, RummyCircle or PokerCircle.
One Account:
One player can have only one account on the Wowzy platform. If multiple accounts are detected, the all accounts shall be cancelled/forfieted and the Company shall take such action as deemed necessary. Any violation of the Offer Terms and/or Terms, fraudulent acts by the players at any stage may result in disqualification from the Offer, forfeiture of prizes, and such other action by Company as per the Terms.
Misuse and Damages
Players shall not in any manner attempt to misuse the Offer or undertake fraudulent acts or indulge in any form of cheating in relation to the Offer. If such actions are noted by the Company, the Company shall have a right to disqualify the relevant players, forfeit all prizes and suspend the players Wowzy account.
Company shall not be responsible (i) for any claims or damages with respect to this Offer (ii) any amendments to these offer terms.
Company will not be liable for any direct, indirect and consequential damages relating to this Offer.
Players shall indemnify and hold harmless Company its affiliates, directors, partners and employees from any claims, losses or damages suffered by Company in relation to any fraudulent acts, breach of applicable laws, misuse of this Offer and breach of these Offer Terms and/or Terms by the players
If a player is involved in any kind of fraudulent activity (as solely determined by RummyCircle), breach of applicable laws or breach of these Offer Terms and/or Terms in the set offer period then the player will be disqualified, will not be eligible to avail the Offer and Company shall take any action as deemed necessary. The decision of Company in this regard shall be final and binding.
Disputes
In case of any disputes related to or arising from this Offer, the Company's decision shall be final and binding.
